This site aims to provide you with all you need to know about the Programme and aims to help you to stay safe on Scotland's roads.
Every year approximately 3,000 people are killed or seriously injured* on our roads. Speed remains the single largest contributory factor in the severity of injury when collisions occur. The Safety Camera Programme is just one tool used to make sure we reduce these deaths and injuries.
